Well, I'm leaving this page up for old times sake because I just don't play anymore.  Over the past year or so my online time has been reduced dramatically.  During the same time the game itself changed ... it's just isn't the game it once was.

My number one hobby is playing EverQuest.  I'm betting that most of my friends and family are not familiar with what that is, so here is a little background about EverQuest.

EverQuest is a real-time 3-dimensional massively multiplayer online roleplaying game (MMORPG), which was released on March 16th 1999.  For those who are not familiar with RPGs, it stands for Role-playing Game.  In EverQuest, you have the ability to create a character from any one of twelve races and fourteen different classes, whether it's a male or female character and you also have the ability to change the character's attributes by changing the amount of each attribute to create the best combination for the character you have chosen (and there are many online guides that can help you make your decisions).  You name your character then log into the game.  From that point on you interact with fellow roleplayers in the virtual world that is EverQuest.  Role-playing can take place in nearly any setting, from heroic fantasy to space adventure. EverQuest is a more traditional RPG, a world high fantasy, of sorcery and dragons, of great wizards and marauding hordes of orcs. There are seemingly endless quests to solve (hence the name), but it's up to you decide which ones, if any, to pursue. You might choose to become a warrior bent on wanton destruction, or perhaps a merchant making his profit selling goods from one land to another.

Please see the links at the top to learn more about my passion.
